Peter J. Timbers was born in Richland Center, Wisconsin, and grew up throughout the Midwest. He attended Indiana University, obtaining undergraduate degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Mathematics. He furthered his Chemistry education at the University of Colorado, obtaining doctorate degree in Physical Chemistry. After graduate school, he worked as a chemist/scientist at several Department of Energy sites, including at the Rocky Flats, Idaho National Energy Laboratory and Hanford facilities. Additionally, he has chemical and engineering experience as an explosives chemist for Orica, USA, and electorphotographic engineer for Kentek Systems. In 2003, Mr. Timbers decided to go to law school in order to litigate and practice intellectual property law. In 2006, he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School. Peter has been admitted into the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Wyoming State Bar, and the North Carolina Bar.
Peter Timbers has been married for 10 years and has four sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, and taking time to hunt and fish.
